The Projects and Operations Engineer supports the project and operations teams by coordinating activities, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors. This role plays a key part in tracking project progress and supporting day-to-day operations through effective planning and administrative support. The position offers flexibility in working hours and location as its not mandatory to work always from office .
Project Coordination:
- Assist in planning and scheduling project activities in coordination with project managers.
- Follow up on project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, including proposals, project plans, and change requests.
- Draft progress reports, status updates, and operational summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing presentations and documentations .
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering .
- 0–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or administrative roles.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel trackers, Trello, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and follow-through.
